![]() While this was amazing it hindered the stock taking process a little, probably should have closed the store whilst doing it. ![]() It was a good week for orders too which I will go into more detail about in next weeks end of month review post. Having a 1 year old roaming around during the day and home schooling a 7yr old, Lego work is left to the evening so we could go undisturbed. We tackled a Raaco a night supported with cake and cups of Yorkshire Tea. ![]() Drawer by drawer me and Laura went through and counted all the parts and cross referenced with what Brickstock told us, modifying as we went. As more sets got broken down into parts these drawers got overcrowded making it impossible to pick parts from them easily.įirst step was to download current the Bricklink inventory into Brickstock so I had a base inventory to work from. When I first started using the undivided drawers it was OK as there was only a few parts in each and finding parts was easy, at least you had a drawer to go to. ‘Raaco B’ was mostly sectioned but due to my miscalculation in ordering dividers the last 20 drawers or so and all of ‘Raaco C’ went as whole drawers. Out of the 4 Raaco systems we have the Raaco we call ‘A’ was organised to a degree with each drawer being divided into 3 and each section having its own part. Much of this week had been about stock check, as you may have read from last week the store had got a little bit out of hand in terms of organisation and I was worried stock accuracy was suffering too.
